Prior to the goods being dispatched, if for any reason you wish to cancel your order we will provide you with a full refund. Once the goods have been dispatched cancellation will not be possible and you must arrange for the goods to be returned at your expense. As such we highly recommend you check to see if dispatch has been made prior to cancelling an order.
All orders must be made in writing (in the form of an email) and must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are unable to accept telephone cancellations
We are confident that you will be extremely happy with your purchase however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided they have not been installed or modified in any way you have a period of 14 days (starting the day after delivery) to inform us that you wish to return the goods and receive a refund (minus any collection charges). After this time we do not accept returns for unwanted goods.
Please contact us in the first instance should you wish to return unwanted goods. We can either arrange for a collection (at your expense) or you are free to send the goods back via your own means however you must contact us for a returns address as they will need to be shipped back to the manufacturer as we do not hold stock of the items.
